GPU/CPU Usage

I use resource meter on Win7 [I cant remember if XP had anything better than the short time tracking task manager or not] for CPU.

GPU-z (google it) is good for Gpu load.

So just leave resource meter running in back ground?
And, ive just noticed the GPU load readout under Sensors in GPU-Z:rolleyes:

Just interested to see how mine stacks up prior to upgrading GPU & monitor.
