My friends laptop has been slowly booting slower and slower, so he reinstalled win 7, we updated all of his drivers and then installed steam but when we launched terraria it came up with the error message
No suitable GPU could not find a direct3d device that supports XNA framework.
It is also not detected by Nvidia control panel.
It is detected by device manager and says its working. It is not detected by Windows experience rating.
