Gpu died. Need a replacement for ~ £200

Hi guys

My gpu died last night and i'll be honest i'm not as unformed for current tech as i was back in the day ;)

My budget is around ~ £200

So i guess i'd be looking at a 4gb nvidia 760?
Not sure what the amd equivalents are.

how loud is loud? ;)

I certainly don't want do have a fighterjet taking off next me :p
I will have a look at some of the reviews the 290 gets
