Firstly i just want to say im a complete novice when it comes to stuff like this i know the bare minimum.
I fully formatted my pc the other night and when loading it back up literally no drivers were installed. after struggling and a little help from a friend i managed to put some from USB and installed them from there onto my pc because i have no CD Drive in my pc.
However, when it came to my GPU it wasnt recognizing it, basically saying Standard VGA Graphics Adapter in the Display Adapters in Device Manager. So initially i put the Graphics CD i got with my pc into my friends and done the same as above copied the files and tried running it on my pc from USB. I managed to install the AMD Catalyst control centre that was on there but when it came to downloading the actual driver from the website was where i had problems.
I loaded up the website put in my graphics card model (AMD Raedon R380) download and set to install once it gets to this window:

I click accept and express install and it just instantly gives me a blue screen and restarts my computer.

Am i doing something wrong? is there any other way to install the Drivers? Can someone please give some helpful input because im just about ready to put my fist through my monitor :):) Thanks!

My specs are:

i5-4460 3.2ghz
ASUSH81M-PLUS motherboard
8gb ram
AMD Radeon R9 380

You want to go to the drivers page for your motherboard, a majority of them will be there and then you want to get your CPU and GPU drivers from the official website for the product manufacturer.
