It's happened only when iv been on my desktop browsing the internet, everything will go like this and a reboot fixes it.
Was fine before last drivers, so is there any way of like making a log of this if it is a bug?

Gaming its absolutely fine. no problems at all even after gaming for hours on end, even left my pc powered up for 2 days to see if it was my gpu dying or a driver bug or something? It could be a gpu dying as iv never seen this from a driver before, might just be coincidence that I happened to update driver and one of my gpu's are dying.

The last time it fully did this was 2 days ago, but I just had a few like distorted tears across the screen, like lines across the screen but its gone now, lasted about half a second if that, and iv not rebooted and its not happened again in past 20 mins.

Edit, also I backed off my clocks first time it did it last week down to 950/1250 down from 1200/1500 just to rule out any kind of overclocking failures. and it happened again few days later but only when on the desktop.

Also, I tried reseating crossfire bridge etc.

Not tried flashing back to stock gpu bios yet but I will do when I have time if it does it again as I was hoping to keep these cards till etleast a 16nm amd card.

erm, not heard much about problems with the omega drivers...

uninstall the omega drivers with DDU in safe mode and download the last catalyst drivers and install them... if the same problem arises... say bye bye card
