Recently corruption has been occurring. It's not the monitor as I have another computer also

It doesn't happen all the time and it flicked and now looks ok

I've reset bios to optimized defaults just in case overclocking etc updating driverd
 
You could try underclocking the VRAM a bit using Afterburner and see if that fixes it. Dodgy VRAM is often the cause of artifacting like that, and sometimes lowering the clocks a bit can stabilise it.
