GPU fan noise

Had them about three months but for a while now when I play certain games like landmark and Archeage then noise from the top GPU gets really loud after about 20 mins....
I switched them around and ran them with just one in the rig same noise , but only difference is the bottom one is not as loud.

Is it a problem with the GPU? Or something else ? Or maybe the games are just working them extra hard as not been optimised ??

Top card always runs hotter=louder due to the fan working harder/spinning faster.

Watching the vid, sounds like a fan bearing rattling though.
