GPU fan wobble

Hi, I received my INNO3D 3060ti this week and I noticed that there is some noise coming from the gpu when is on full load. After some tests I found that one of the fans is the problem. It would seem that it wobbles and at high RPM it makes noise. Using MSI afterburner I made that fan go to 60% RPM max because thats where the sound starts to be noticeble. This helped eliminate the noise but now my gpu runs at around 75C under full load. I was looking for a replacement but can't find this exact type. Is this temp OK or should I be worried? Can someone tell me if I can fix this or where to buy one?

Did it sound anything like this?

Mine had a whine noise related to the fan, had to lock my fan speed to 35% as it was audible over 40% fan speed, ocuk wouldnt rma the card stating it was normal fan noise so I ended up selling it. if you undervolt your card you can get higher then stock performance while keeping it much cooler, 75c is still a decent temp and well within the 83c before the card even starts to throttle so if temp is your concern then dont worry. My undervolt was 850mv at 1850mhz, dropped temps by 10c so my average was 67c at 1350rpm(about 35%fan speed).
