Need a card for this PLP triplehead setup. I'll be using Softth until Eyefinity supports different resolutions. Will I need to get a 3GB card for this resolution or is 2GB enough and should I get 670 or 7970?

Wow at that res for modern games defo a 3gb if not a 4gb IMO. That's a larger res than 5760*1080 and 2gb is close to the limit at that res.

Is that a game? what game is that, looks cool :)

Dude that's Unreal man...

I'd go for a 7970, preferable the MSI Lightening.

Ouch £380 I could get a subwoofer for that, I hate buying new gen graphics card because it won't be worth jack in a couple years.

Running out of VRAM...with 10million pixels not 8million.
Aero enabled.
Aero disabled.

In short, 4GB isn't needed. 3GB, yes - but with more than 2 cards.

Whoa didn't know when you run out of VRAM it totally kills your FPS into single digits. I am running on an ITX motherboard so only one GPU slot so I can't do more than one card.

Maybe I should wait until the new gen games are out as I don't play battlefield 3.
