GPU for BF3 and MW3 (max settings) under £100

Hi all, Please help!

Looking for a graphic card for my pc, really tight with budget. Like the title says i need a card under £100 to play bf3 and mw3 on max settings.

Maybe im asking too much but i know you guys always come with answers!

Intel i5 2500k,
Asrock Z68,
8 gb RAM,
1TB HDD
500W PS
I got a 24" full hd monitor.

I dont have any card at the moment. Was using my pc just for photo editing. But now that my console is broken i want to play games on my pc!

That is unless you want to OC the card you listed yourself.

I thought they were exactly the same lol. Arent 2 fans better than 1?
