GPU for dads machine

Hey my dad needs a new GPU.
The only thing he does on his computer is microsoft office and streams the football.

He needs a GPU With a DVI and a VGA port on as he uses two monitors (one is small TV).

would have these http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=GX-182-MS&groupid=701&catid=1914 or one of the other cheap ones be fine?

I can't imagine the GPU is doing anything of importance on his machine and he just needs it for office/streaming

Does his CPU not have an onboard graphics?

I really have no experience of that sort of GPU so cant say how good it is.

There is the NVidia 610 options around £29.99 which on spec is at least a bit more powerful than the 210s.

No he has a AMD Athlon X4 760k, so no on board.
And he needs the two screens regardless.
I dont really see the need in spending too much though, as I cant imagine the gpu is doing anything other than outputting the image on the screen?
