GPU for HD playback

I,ve got some old computer equipment lying around and decided to put it into a HTPC But not sure what sort of GPU I need for HD playback through a bluray drive (cheap as possible as I already have a gaming rig)

any 4 series ati card will do it, something liek the 4350 would do a fine job of video playback. Sapphire do a silent one for £35
