GPU for new build

Hi. I,ve just completed my 1st build but I'm unsure of the bwst GPU for my budget. I only have about £140-150 but would like to play some of the lastest shooters.
650w PSU
i5 4670k
8gb ram

Not bothered if it's Nvidia or AMD

increased budget to £200 and I'm thinking of MSI GTX960 4gb. Any better alternatives?

I think you should be aiming for a 970. They are only a little outside your budget.

960 is poor performance wise compared with a 970.
