As post title. recommend me something for a Shuttle SZ87R6.
i7 4770k
16gb ram
500w psu

external blower type fan is preferable as it gets quite hot and ventilation is not the best in something that small.
 
Looks like you could comfortably install something like an R9 270X in there.

Just choose one that has a cooling solution that will take most of the air outside the case and will fit.

There are also Nvidia 760's available that feature reference type cooling that will exhaust air out the back.
