i had 2 x570gtx 2.5gb to go in but one of them the fan seems to being dying so a great chance to move to faster single card soloution
 
RMA the 570 with a faulty fan? A pair of 2.5GB 570's still have quite a bit of grunt.

Budget? And do you have any brand requirement i.e. physx/3dvision?
 
i dont mind amd or nvidia kind of want amd a bit more though for 2 reasons

only ever had 1 of there cards & 2 Nvidia dont support my 950D screen in 3d mode anyway AMD do

i am going to RMA the card but got send it to germany :(
 
Ahh if you're looking at AMD3D I would be tempted to say you need every ounce of performance you can get, so 7950/70, probably adding a second a later date should push the very most out of it for you.

This will be a great replacement and will smash up all games. :p

I would say RMA your other 570 if it is still under warranty though and maybe sell them 570's on. It will make the upgrade even cheaper.
