According to your power supplies Tech Specs, it provides 63 amps on the 12v rail. The 295x2 requires 50 amps, so it should be fine.

As to the other question, I'll let others answer that.

It would be unfair of Matt to answer but if it was me I would have the 8gb card. You may have trouble with that psu and a 295 but I am not 100% sure. My reasoning is quite simply the 290 8gb has no real comprises apart from some added heat and a little extra electicity usage.

thx aswell TheRealDeal, would about my PSU be ok if was goin Crossfire with MSI Radeon R9 290X Gaming Edition 8192MB GDDR5 PCI-Express Graphics Card

I am currently running a 295x2 and a MSI 290x (4gb) in tri-fire. Before I got the 295x2 I was running two of the MSI gamings in crossfire and heat was a big issue as they just dump all the heat into the case, so personally I would recommend the 295x2 over crossfire 290x gamings.

Not sure about your PSU though, the 295x2 needs a lot of power.
