GPU, keyboard & mouse not working.

I was in the process of reinstalling windows, the computer was stuck on the bios/Asus screen after it restated. So I hit the reset button now my GPU mouse.

All the fans are spinning.... am I right in assuming my motherboard is dead? I get no beep sound when booting up.

I have tired my brothers Graphics card in my pc and I get the same thing....

Thanks Blame! I did take the battery out before..... I tired it again and waited longer this time and it works!
