GPU monitoring software that works with Zerocore?

I am trying to find some GPU monitoring software that works with Zerocore. Currently I've tried:

- Afterburner - works perfectly as long as the 2nd GPU is running when Afterburner starts. If the 2nd GPU is sleeping when the program opens, Afterburner doesn't recognise it even after it's woken up.
- GPUz - disables Zerocore while GPUz is running. Monitoring works but the 2nd GPU doesn't go to sleep
- HWiNFO and HWmonitor - neither recognises the second card when it's asleep, and doesn't add it on when it subsequently wakes up.
- CCC - this shows both cards (as you'd expect) but only one card at a time and so I would have to flick out of the game to change to the other card, then flick back into the game to monitor both.

I know I can disable Zerocore and then be able to monitor both cards the whole time with any software, but Zerocore seems a very good idea and works very well on my setup. Does anyone know of any monitoring software that does hardware rescans after it's been opened and so will pick up the second card when it wakes up and then display the info for both cards?

I understand why software won't pick up on the second card when it's off, I was hoping someone knew of a tool that would recognise when the card switches on and starts displaying it's temperature, etc. All the ones I've tried (except CCC) look for attached cards when the program starts but never updates this list so it doesn't recognise when the second card switches on.

Oddly, just found a tool that does exactly what I was after (shows me the second GPU temperature even if the card is in ZeroCore when the program opens) - speedfan!

Just answering my own question in case anyone stumbles upon this thread looking for the same thing. :)

+1 Sad but true.

I love the idea of zer core but i need my monitoring graphs. :D

Same here! I have a screen dedicated to monitoring while I game on the other three - I need data to fill it!! :D

If you keep zerocore active on your system, your options are limited to the ugly but effective Speedfan to show temperature only, or make sure the 2nd GPU is spinning when you fire up Afterburner/other monitoring software to see everything.

Still, as issues go it's pretty minor! Definitely not taken the shine off having 2 7970's - still giggle when I look at my PC case window :)
