GPU needed for 24" TFT

Hi Guys,

Quick question:
I need a cheap as chips (£50 budget) AGP, passively cooled graphics card which can run a 24" TFT (OCuk Value on offer at the moment).

Wount be used for gaming but will be used for media so HDTV and DVI will be a bonus.

would my Ati Radeon 9600 with 128Mb (400mhz) be sufficient to run it until i upgrade the whole system?
