GPU Noise

The dust on the back won't be doing temperatures any favours, tell him to take it out and give it a blow!

It could be the bearing in the fan but it does look/sound like the fan is rubbing on something. It runs slightly slower than the other fan and i can hear the sound change when the fans speed up slightly.
