I have applied a Overlock to my GPU this morning and the OC Benchmark score was worse than the deafault clock score.

Card is a GTX 780 ACX running the Nvidia 332 drivers. PSU 750W G2 EVGA

Default - Stock:
Power target 100%
Temp Target 79c
GPU Clock Offset = +0 Mhz
Mem Clock Offset = +0 Mhz

Overclock - 5-6% overclock:
Power target 102%
Temp Target 84c
GPU Clock Offset = +50 Mhz
Mem Clock Offset = +100 Mhz

10-13% overclock:
Power target 103%
Temp Target 87c
GPU Clock Offset = +100 Mhz
Mem Clock Offset = +200 Mhz

*edit* - just tried the 100/200 OC and the score came out better? Think I should re-run both and see what happens?

Any idea's GPU guru's?

Right, What bios are you running ? , the stock 780 bios is rubbish for overclocking , so flash the skynet bios, are you using afterburner or precision X ? , the latter is much better for Nvidia and has better voltage control up to 1.212v.

My advice would be to do the above, max the voltage , set the power limit to 130% and start increasing the core clock and benching, once you find you can go no further without artifacting start bumping the memory clock.

I am running Precision X - Ok not heard of flashing a 780 BIOS before, will look into it.

Going to step them back to default and redo them all. Will check back here afterwards.
