GPU or SSD?

I think you make a excellent point. I think i may go with some new old fashioned magnetic disks. like 2 F3's. and get the 5870..

but i do play on 1920 x 1080.
 
Go for a 5870! :P - or just overclock a 5850 to the 5870's clocks for the same performance.

And if you get the old type of disc, go for Western Digital Caviar Blacks. They're very very good!
 
I bought an intel 80gb ssd, used it for 2 weeks and then sold it and my gtx260 and bought a 5850 and am very happy with my decision. I hope that helps a bit.
 
Thank you for honesty and not a recommendation on the bias they are fast but also do cost a lot. I think i will do with the caviar blacks and 5850.


AA-69-72 what resolution do you play at?
