GPU Problem

I am sorry, but I bursted out laughing when I read "sounds like an ironing board is opening inside my PC" :D

Haha honestly it's a really bad screeching sound. GPU temp is 32 degrees. It's definitely coming from the GPU, tested it on my friends and he has the same problem with a 7970. It does it when I'm dragging, icons or scrollbars or pictures. If I drag slow the sound gets slower and if I drag fast it gets faster, if I shake it sounds crazy it feels like it's going to blow up if I shake too much.
