GPU purchase timing

Hello all.

I'm looking to get a bfg 8800 gts g92 or a card around that spec. is this card being phased out as i cant find it for sale anywhere?

Will an equivalent card come out shortly or will it be more a case of the newer cards driving these mid range cards down?

I'm sure its anyone's guess but some advise would be nice.

I'm not completely desperate and can wait a couple of weeks.

so is the lack of 8800 gts stock just through popularity or is it disappearing? will ocuk be getting more stock?
