Fallout 4 should be playable on an older setup with tweaks - its one of the advantages of a great modding community.
GTAV is quite taxing though.

If you can overclock the Q6600 a bit that would help OFC in places like Diamond City and the Corvega plant which tend to push CPUs a bit more.

Make sure the system as at least 4GB or RAM though. OFC,if the system works with a GTX1050,that would be even better.
