GPU Recommendation!

Can someone recommend me a graphics card for a 1920 x 1080 Monitor?
I will be playing Call of duty 4 at max and I need 250fps constant (promod).
I know about the 60fps and 60hz monitor.
I was thinking of getting a GTX 570 and a Antec Truepower new 650w?
Please help!
