GPU recommendation

Hi All

Got a OEM PC, looking for a decent GFX card that doesnt require additional power via PSU, any recommendations ?


300W PSU is in the system already

best one going would be the hd7750... decent power level and don't require any other power cables going into it.. but at 300W for the psu... you may be pushing it slightly!

Can you give any info on the psu? 300w is very vague, the amperage on the 12v rail is what's most important.

7750 or 7730 are your best options though (assuming the psu is capable of powering a dedicated card)

if its a branded psu with at least 35amps on the 12v rail he should be ok. but steer clear of unbranded steel silver boxes!

35a ? That would require at least a 420w power supply

Depending on the cpu anything from 15-20a should be okay
