GPU Replacement

Hi my mate has a alienware m17x r4. He is wishing to replace its GPU as it is not performing well at all. He gets about 20 fps on games like far cry 4 and it is totally unplayable in some other games.

How and were do we go about getting the GPU? Does Overclockers have any GPU's on their site?
