gpu running at 99% is this normal

Very possibly what's your GPU?

If it's a GPU intensive game and you're playing on high/ULTRA settings etc then the game will make use all the resources it can get hold of.

From a quick google Titanfall 2 seems to be a very GPU intensive game - it grabs all it can.

As long as you're not experiencing any stuttering the GPU is dong its job.

Is your monitor 1080p?

You have the perfect card for your panel - and your CPU usage is great within that game and the GPU is giving you up to 99%.

It's what they're designed to do - and as mentioned if you're not getting any stuttering it's working fine.
