GPU Sag

Any tips on keeping these cards straight?

There’s a lot of sag due to how heavy they are.

They are Strix 980Ti cards.

Only solution for now is to pull the PCI-E cables tight to hold the cards up, seems a lot more sag than normal.

Coldzero sells gpu brackets will be buying one from him soon.

I’ve used cable ties at the moment, doesn’t look great but instantly a big improvement, they are now perfectly level, just hope the cable ties hold up.

I've heard people use fishing wire as it's almost invisible .

I’ve read that too, I’ve looked on the coldzero website, how do the brackets actually work? There’s no pictures of one installed that I can see.

Small support tubes, maybe plastic.

Not really, case is too big and the desk is too small cable ties will do for now until I can find a better solution.

Considered a different case? My old Raven RV03 didn't allow cards to sag as they hung vertically, and my InWin 303 comes with a tiny bracket to support the opposite end of the GPU (only came with one though, so will contact InWin about buying another if ever I go multi-GPU again).

This is a brand new case, Fractal Define R6 so don’t want to buy another case just to eliminate GPU sag.

That is probably the most aesthetically pleasing solution I’ve seen, I’ve have a look. thanks for the suggestion.

I have one, works well and the feet are magnetic.
