GPU Sleeved Cable Inquiry

Before I start and try and go into detail on my inquiry are we allowed to talk about sleeved cable companies.

I am trying to find some flexible cables for my new MSI 1080 Gaming X that is in the mail but wasnt sure if they were compatible with my PSU and what ones I would need specifically.

Sorry to be vague but the rules on here are so dodgy and I don't want to get into trouble.

The cables i were looking at were Sharkmods power leads for the GPU.

Does anybody know if I need a PSU specific model or will any work between the 1080 Gaming X RGB and Corsair HX750i ?

If at all possible just title of what I should be looking for would be helpful.

Only asking as GPU is due tomorrow and I do not want to wait to long to get the cables.

Yes, they're extension cables that'll fit your PSU PCIE cables. Get two 6+2 extension cables and use one as an 8 pin and the other as a 6 pin then if you get a GPU in the future that requires two 8 pin PCIE cables you'll already have the correct cables.

Thank you for the clarification five.

My 670GTX has currently been running 24/7 since I got it over 4 years ago so as long as this one does the same (Which is why I am staying with MSI not had any problems with them so far) I won't be upgrading for quite a while.

6+2pin seems to be cheaper than the standard 6 so guess I will pick them up regardless lol.

I was referring to the free DPD thing, I guess there is a minimum limit.

Think it's RM 2nd class up to £49.99, anything over this is DPD.
