GPU slower after format

Had my 6th monthly format and reinstall of system and after benching Ive noticed Ive gone from P8100 in 3DMark 11 down to P7000 and Im loosing around 10FPS in Heaven 2.1.
I have 11.0 ATI drivers installed (as above) and Physx, am I missing something?
Whats with the huge drop in performance, any ideas?

Try removing the physx card and all nv drivers. Then do test again

I dont have a Physx card installed just a 5970
Ill try removing all the drivers though

well physx is nvidia so i'm guessing there's a crossfire (bad pun!)
Is xfire enabled in CCC or is the card just running on one GPU?
