So i have two monitors one 4K 60hz and one 3440x1440 @120hz and a 2080Ti powering them.

Now i have noticed GPU temps are lower at 4K 60 than at 3440x1440 @120hz and also noticed my card seems to boost better at 4k because temps are only hitting around 68c were they are hitting around 73c at 3440x1440.

I thought 4k would be more demanding?

3440@100 is as demanding as 4k 60hz is.

120hz is going to be 20%ish more demanding than 4k 60hz hence the higher temps.

Thanks for your reply, i was a bit surprised at first to see the temp difference but i understand it more now.

I am currently running an overclock off +200 on the core and +500 on the Mem so i think these temps are good.
