For the past few weeks, every time I turn on my computer I get an error message from GPU Tweak saying, "attempted an unsupported operation."
I then go into my display settings and notice that the refresh rate has gone down from 143.614Hz to 59.940Hz.

When I bring the refresh rate back up to 143Hz everything runs fine. But when I turn the PC off and back on again the same thing happens once again.
My GPU drivers did require updating so I thought that might be the problem but I have updated everything and the problem still presents every time...

Has this happened to anyone before? Or is there something obvious that I'm missing lol.
GPU is a 3070.

Is there a specific reason that you're using that particular software instead of MSI Afterburner? That's generally considered the gold standard for such programs and has never caused me any problems.
