Hey up guys so currently my computers specs are as follows...

HD7950 3GB
I haven't played any new(ish) titles in some time, but want to get back into playing more. I want to get games like The evil within 2, resident evil 7, next Metro game when it's released etc. The idea being this GPU would hopefully allow me to play upcoming titles (I play either sci-fi/horror shooters or RTS games) for a couple of years
My monitor is pretty old, only being 1680x1050. I'll obviously upgrade this in future though the GPU will be the first purchase, unsure how much more strain 1080p vs 1440p as to what I should upgrade to, but that's for another time.
