I have a RX580 currently. Looking to upgrade to max out 144fps on 1080p games.

In getting 70-100fps on COD at some high settings.

Also is it possible to overclock my CPU easily to a 3600x without buying a cooler ?

I have 16 GB 3000mhz ram.
Ryzen 3600 GPU.
650w gold power supply.
Asus b450f motherboard.

Purchased over a year ago.

Is there any GPU at a reasonable price?

Looking to spend 200-350.

Any help is appreciated

RTX 3060 soon releasing or 3060ti FE versions would be what I'd try and snag.

Faster memory or overclocking your current stuff would likely give you more fps than a CPU overclock, any gains would be small though in comparison to a GPU upgrade.

Thanks for the help. Isn't that looking around the £450 mark ?

You aren't really much better off manually overclocking a 3600, just leave it on auto. https://youtu.be/Q5WQAMSFPA4?t=918

Keep checking youtube for reviews of the nvidia 3060. It is due out the end of the month and normally reviews for the 3000 series appear on youtube the day before the release, so a) you will know whether its worth buying and B) if it is to get ready to try and win the f5 battle the next day. Nvidia says starting price will be £299, so lets hope for some at £350

Some rumours say the AMD 6700 could be as early as March so you can keep checking for that as well, https://youtu.be/UWNhmtXvA-A
