GPU Upgrade will it work with current setup?

But I was wondering about upgrading the graphics card to a Nvidia 1080 or 1070 but didn't know if it would work with this hardware like the motherboard/power supply?

Will the CPU or anything else throttle the graphics card at all please?

Your PC will be absolutely fine with a 1070/1080.

I have a very similar system, and recently replaced the GPU with a 1070 and its all good. Pretty good step up in performance.

Thanks very much for the replies guys. Just wanted to check I wasnt wasting my money on a new GPU if the mobo/power supply etc would hold it back.
