GPU upgrade

Currently got a really nice 8800GTS 640 - the G80 chip. Still plays things on max but it will struggle eventually.

I want an upgrade: Between £80 - 120 smackers. Im thinking the 8800GT range - but i cant decide which. Im fine using Rivatuner etc some i happy to overclock a base spec one.

I just want someone to let me know which - im particularly trust Leadtek cards.

oh and why are the OC edition leadteks cheaper than OCUK's own branded card?

ok well, whats the deal with the memory ont hese things - GDDR5 and GDDR3? please!!? confusing.
