Hello everyone i have a gigabyte geforce gtx 480 (the opengl 3.2 one i think non oc'ed) and i am considering (planning for the future, maybe) gettign another one (from evga-cheaper) and sli'ng them . Now... the issue is i wanted to watercool them to get the temps down and (safely ) try to oc them a bit more. Now is there any available kit for this? I already have the h70 for my cpu but i 've heard it can't be used. And how much woudl it cost me ? And most importantly, would it be worth it?
(i have a thermaltake vk90001n2z case, a gigabyte x58 A ud3r (rev2.0) mb, eurotech modular pro v70 PSU, intel i7 950, corsair cmt6gx3m3a1866c, and the h70 i mentioned and the g card as well)

As far as I know, getting waterblocks for the 480s can be quite difficult now as they don't make them anymore, however I may be thinking of a different card...

Apart from that you would need radiators, fittings, a pump and a reservoir, along with the waterblocks and the new GPU. You are better off selling your 480 and getting a modern graphics card as it will show a big improvement over your current graphics and the temperatures will be ok.

+1 to Rooster's suggestion of selling the 480.

If I were you I'd sell then buy a new graphics card, dependant on your budget. A full watercooling kit for the 480s and another 480 for the Sli will set you back rather a lot of cash, so you'd be better off getting a better card imo, that'll probably perform better than the Sli 480's anyway and will draw far less power.

alright suggestions to newer graphsics cards then? if i coudl afford it i'd have mine sold and i'd buy the gtx 690 :P but no i can't out of a job right now.(over a year now actually)
