GPU Upgrade

I have an old machine that has an intel e8400 and an HD4850. I was wondering whether it would be worth putting a new GPU in it. I was thinking of getting the 7850 that is currently sub £100... would the CPU bottleneck the GPU? would i see much performance increase?

depends what games you will play but you will see a big boost anywayz.

well i know i wont be able to play anything like BF4 or anything like that... but normal games and the such should be alright? diablo 3 for example?
