GPU Upgrade

It will be longer than that 6 -7 weeks? don't know exact date. If you can wait then just wait.
 
Depends how much free cash you have and what you are wanting to do with them. If you are just gaming I would wait for the Ti.
 
my guess is that the 980ti will probably be announced once the 390x specs/performance is known so that nvidia can one-up amd

if you wanna get the titan x and can afford it, then go right ahead - i personally wouldn't
just be aware that you are paying an expensive premium of £200ish
