Hey everybody.

Well I am due to get my bonus at the end of the month and well have been for some time now thinking about upgrading my graphics card.
I cant decide what to go for though. I have an Asus direct cu2 280x at the moment.
The reason for an upgrade well my current one does not have a back plate and well looks quite bad in my rig and well I just fancy an update.
So do I go for a Asus 290x DC2 an Asus 390x DC2 yes I know it is essentially the same thing with some tweaks. Or 390X Strix the thing that appeals to me with the Strix is the fan switch off. Or Asus Fury Strix.
I play a fair few games like Watch Dogs COD Tomb Rader Racing games Etc and do try to max out my settings where poss.
I am very tempted to opt for the new Fury core stuff, and before anyone says it I will say know I am not interested in the Green side of things. Peoples thoughts would be good tho and also anyone running any of the above cards there experiences would be appreciated.

Buying Fury/X until (if) they improve overclocking is a waste of money. The 390x is also way overpriced for its capabilities but at the very least it's close enough to Fury that it makes the latter seem completely unappealing. So I'd go for either one or two 390s, depending on your budget and crossfire sensibility. Ideally if you can find cheap refurbished/used 290/x's that would also be good value for money.
