Hi there

My power went a few weeks ago while I was playing Warzone and since then whenever I play my game lags so much. It used to lag infrequently but now it is all the time. Consequently it seems like it is a good time to upgrade my GPU which is 5 years old.

Here is my build:

WD 1TB Blue Desktop Drive 3.5" SATA-III 7200RPM 64MB
Ballistix Sport LT 8GB Single DDR4 2400 MT/s (PC4-19200) DIMM 288-Pin Memory - BLS8G4D240FSE (Red)
Corsair CX 600W
Intel Core Skylake Processor i5-6500/3.2 GHz Processor CPU
MSI R9 280X GAMING 3GB GDDR5 DVI HDMI DisplayPort PCI-E Graphics Card
ViewSonic VX2363SMHL 23-Inch FHD SuperClear IPS LED Monitor (Black) - (2 ms, HDMI/VGA, MHL)
Asus B150m-c

I have a 1080p monitor. Budget is not really a problem, but preferably not over £500. What would be a good GPU for me?

I would like it to hold up for the next few years and am going to play games like cyberpunk.

Thanks

1660s would be a good match for your CPU, anything higher will be held back by the CPU

Just noticed your memory too another 8gb stick for dual channel would be a big boost

Thanks, so something like this Palit GeForce GTX 1660 SUPER GamingPro OC 6GB Graphics Card?

Yes, could get another 8gb as they are cheap anyway. Could potentially upgrade CPU in next few years too, although for the moment I do not think it is necessary.
