GPU Usage at 20% ?

The main game i play is arma 3, when i play with the graphics quality on low i get decent FPS, i noticed that my GPU usage was at 20% so i decided to try to play the game on high. The GPU usage increased to 40% however i suffered a drop in FPS. Also when playing on low my CPU usage is at about 70% and at high it is also at 70% Any reason why my GPU is not being fully used ?

Intel core duo E5800 3.20GHz

ASUS HD 6670 1GB GDDR5

ASUS P5G41T-M LX2/GB Motherboard

arma 3 is early beta, so it's really not optimised for lower spec hardware yet

Ok cheers, also when i play outher games on high settings my GPU is at around 90% yet my CPU is at 60 - 70% ?? Is something getting bottlenecked ??

no, I would say your CPU and GPU are fairly well matched, if you upgrade one you'll soon want to upgrade the other
