GPU Utilisation Dropping to 0%????????????? AMD 6700XT

Hey,

Anyone know why my 6700XT GPU utilisation is dropping to 0% in specific circumstances?

I don't currently play any games other than WOW Classic and on certain fights im dropping to low GPU utilisation and from 144fps (vsync) to 3-4fps making it unplayable.

It's happened for a few weeks in particular on certain fights. Nothing ingame appears to be causing the issue and I've tried adjusting graphics settings to a low setting but issue remains. It's not a demanding game.

I've posted a screenshot of part of the AMD "log" (if the link is allowed. can't remmber how I should post it), if you can see the image you will see GPU/CPU temp remain low.....

I feel I may need to make some changes in BIOS.

 
use MSI afterburner it will show you better CPU and GPU in real time.

but if the GPU is not under load... it will drop, like you say its not a demanding game. turn game setting up not down max out all setting and see what info you get then
do you feel any drops in game, lag, screen tearing?
