Gpu utilisation

Hey guys looking for some help, I recently updated the driver on my 7900xtx, ever since doing so my fps has dropped from getting 150(capped) to 60, and I’ve noticed my GPU utilisation is about 20% max, my cpu is the 7800x3d , any help would be great, I also did a clean install of the driver when I updated it

Have you double checked the obvious things like the Refresh Rate being set correctly (check in windows and in the AMD Driver), Radeon Chill and the like turned off?

That’s incredibly embarrassing , my windows was set to 60, I’ve raised it to my max fps on the monitor , but my utilisation is still only 40% now, shouldn’t this be at 100 or close to it?

Windows had reset to 60hz so that explains that, on Diablo 4 my frame rate is capped to 165 which is my monitor cap as soon as I went onto another game with unlimited fps it went to 505 and 100% utilisation so I’m guessing it’s just the way Diablo runs maybe
