Hi all,
Does anyone know where/how it's possible to get a heat sink to cover the voltage regulators on my 2900XT.
I've BIOS clocked it to 850/1850 but can't get the core higher unless I start increase volts.
(I'm using a Zalman VF1000-LED to cool the core and 16 of those Zalman RAM-sinks to cool the ram (even though I can't squeeze any more performance out of the GDDR3 with those RAM-sinks on
))
I'm pretty certain that some coolers that fitted the x19xx series came with a heat sink for cooling the voltage regulators, and I'm pretty sure that one of those would fit my 2900XT's V-Regs.
AFAIK OcUK don't stock anything like what I'm looking for and I've looked around a few competitors websites and a popular auction site, but I can't find even a x19xx series cooler that will definitely come with one of these little buggers.
Any help/advice is greatly appreciated.
Banjo
(P.S. I haven't whored the boards enough to gain access to the MM, so that's, sadly, not an option)
