I currenty have a 8800GTX with a full waterblock. I am going to change for a new GPU soon but is it worth getting a new full waterblock or a universal block?

Currently looking at either a 580 or 6970, probably going to get the 6970 as I game on 1920x1200 24" monitor or on my 1080P Projector and this is meant to be more than good enough for these resolutions.

I'm about to go universal, but it depends on how often you change GPUs. I change very regularly, so a universal block + the stock RAM sink does me fine, but if you're planning on keeping the new card as long as your current card, a full cover will be fine.
