will this card work on my 26 inch hdtv ?

not for gaming or nothing just watching tv through a tuner card ect

that's not a TV tuner card so not quite sure what you're asking. If you want TV tuners have a look in this section

i meant is this card ok to watch tv on my comp usign a previsouly purchased card.
