I believe thats coming from your Driver.

The temp seems to be less then the other progs I use.
CPUID says 43c GPUZ says 36c mmmm

Check it with Everest, it reads both GPU and GPU-D.

GPU Diode is hotter on mine, by about 10c.

Everest says GPU 36c and GPU Diode 43c.

So I take it that the Diode is the one to read when overclocking?
